This painting was inspired by the Queen’s Funeral. I loved the Queen, and her funeral was so majestic, that I was compelled to do a painting. The Long March to the music by Johann Heinrich Walch just blows me away, how thousands can just march in unison. The whole day just oozed respect, and that is what I wanted to capture.

Description

This image is printed on hahnemühle photo luster 260gsm. Photo Luster is a microporous, resin coated photo paper with a beautiful luster surface. The frame is a simple and traditional black frame 4cm (1.5in)
