The Stag Do was the first painting that was done in the Giraffe series. I wanted to paint some animal’s partying like humans, and realised they could be using a giraffe neck as a table, which then led to the simple blue for a sky.

This image is printed on hahnemühle photo luster 260gsm. Photo Luster is a microporous, resin coated photo paper with a beautiful luster surface. The frame is a simple and traditional black frame 4cm (1.5in)
