Returns Policy

Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

In the unlikely event that you receive damaged artwork, please contact us immediately (including pictures of the damage) or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If your return is accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Return shipping will not be covered by the business, and charged to the customer, who will need to provide proof of postage. Once a return is received and found without damage your refund will be issued on your original payment method within 10 business days. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note that if the shipping address you put in your order was incorrect, orders with the wrong address will not be issued refunds or replacements. 

We reserve the right not to accept returns if the value of an item has been diminished by something caused by you.

We cannot accept responsibility for returned parcels that are not delivered, so please obtain proof of postage.
